Greenlands is a converted farm steading built from local granite. This cosy cottage is set in a tranquil position surrounded by lush trees and fields and is located near the River Dee. Greenlands can accommodate up to 6 people and is an ideal base for touring Aberdeenshire. It is easily accessible from both the North and South Deeside Roads and sits alongside the Deeside Way path, making Potarch Bridge and Potarch Cafe only a short cycle or 20 min walk away.

The ground floor has a large, bright living area with double doors opening onto a pretty patio area with a picnic bench. The living area contains a sofa bed which converts to a double bed for additional sleeping accommodation**. The kitchen-diner, with double doors opening onto a lawn to the side of the property, is fully equipped with a single oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and tumble dryer. On the ground floor there is also a shower room with a washbasin and WC.

The first floor has a spacious master bedroom with a super king bed and an additional twin bedroom. The bright bathroom is situated between the two rooms and includes a bath, washbasin and WC.

Greenlands has a lovely garden area with a fire pit to the front of the property. Logs, kindling and natural firelighters for the fire pit are provided in the woodstore by the front door.
