To Rent
We have over 40 properties on Ballogie Estate. A proportion of these properties are occupied by our estate staff, farm tenants and we also have several unique holiday cottages, however, the majority are leased as Private Residential Tenancies for a minimum of six months. Ideally, we prefer long-term lets and tenants who are willing to contribute to our community.
Our properties range in style from small, modern cottages to larger family homes suitable for all tastes and budgets. We have our own in-house maintenance team who can be relied upon to address any issues arising during the lease period and we take pride in upgrading our properties between lets.

Periodically, we have properties for sale on Ballogie Estate and should you prefer to build your own home in the most beautiful of rural surroundings, we do on occasion have plots for sale.
