Greenlands is a converted, traditional, farm steading built from local granite. This cosy property is set in a tranquil position surrounded by lush trees and fields and is located on the south side of the estate, near the River Dee. Greenlands can accommodate up to 6 people and is an ideal base for touring Aberdeenshire. It is convenient for both the North and South Deeside Roads and within 10 minutes walking distance, along the Deeside Way, of the Potarch Cafe.

The ground floor has a large, bright living area with double doors opening onto a pretty patio area. The living area contains a sofa bed which converts to a double bed for additional sleeping accommodation**. For entertainment there is a Freeview TV with a DVD player. The kitchen diner, with double doors opening onto a lawn to the side of the property, is fully equipped with a single oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and tumble dryer. On the ground floor there is also a shower room with a washbasin and WC.

The first floor has a spacious master bedroom with a super king bed and  an additional twin bedroom. The bright  bathroom is situated between the two rooms and includes a bath, washbasin and WC.

Greenlands has a lovely garden area, which is mostly lawn, with a fire pit and rod box to the front of the property. There is a picnic bench on the patio area that can be accessed from the downstairs living room. Logs and kindling for the fire pit can be found in the garden shed, as well as additional garden furniture.
