Donald Dinnie Day – The Gathering, Sunday 4th August 2024

Join us on Sunday 4th August as strongmen and strongwomen compete in the Donald Dinnie and Jan Todd games on Potarch Green. Starting at 12 noon, competitors will attempt a series of stone lifting challenges. Donald Dinnie famously lifted the Dinnie Stones, with a combined weight of 332.49kg, across the width of Potarch Bridge. Our team will be providing food and drinks from Potarch cafe, as well as having a food and drink stand on the green, see below!
