To accompany our food, we aim to source seasonally and locally to celebrate the rich variety of producers in the North East of Scotland.

Breakfast

Ranger’s Roll - sliced wild venison tender loin, served in our house-made sourdough roll
with celeriac and apple coleslaw, red currant jelly and salad leaves £8.50

House-made fish finger sandwich, served in our house-made sourdough roll, topped with pickled cucumber, pink onions and tartar sauce £8.50

Slow-roasted salt beef brisket, served in our house-made sourdough bagels, with cheese, and house pickles £8.50

Sutherlands of Portsoy cold-smoked trout, served in our house-made sourdough bagels, with cream cheese, and house pickles £9.00

Ballogie wild venison casserole, served with house-made sourdough bread £12.00

Slow-cooked Ballogie farm lamb in spices and dried apricots, served with turmeric couscous and house-made sourdough bread £14.00

All of our venison is wild and sourced directly

 from Ballogie’s forests and moorland by our

wildlife rangers, and we serve

seasonal lamb from our home farm

located 3 miles from Potarch.
