To accompany our produce, we aim to source seasonally and locally to celebrate the rich variety of producers in the north east of Scotland.

All of our venison is wild and sourced directly

 from Ballogie’s forests and moorland by our

wildlife rangers. We serve

seasonal beef and lamb from our home farm

located 3 miles from Potarch.
