Are you looking for somewhere to
rent? On Ballogie Estate there is an Art Gallery, a Hotel, an Equestrian Centre
and over 35 properties for rent. Some of these properties are occupied by
Estate Staff and Farm Tenants and the rest are leased as Short Assured
Tenancies. We prefer long-term lets (six months minimum) and tenants who
are willing to contribute to our small but vibrant community. There is a
broad range of properties from small, traditional cottages to large
modern houses, something to suit all tastes.
Our policy is to update and upgrade properties as soon as they become vacant prior to leasing them out again. We have an Applications List for anyone interested in leasing a property.
