Ground Floor:-

  • Large living area with double doors opening on to paved area. Sofa converts to double bed. TV, DVD and Freeview satellite. CD player/radio.

  • Kitchen/Dining with feature double doors. Fully equipped with single oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, telephone.

  • Spacious utility room. Oil central heating boiler, washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, sink.

  • Shower Room with corner shower, whb and WC.

    Upper Floor:

    • Master Bedrooom with double bed which can be converted to 2 single beds.

    • Bedroom with twin beds.

    • Bathroom with bath, whb and WC.

    • Fuel and electricity, duvets, linen and towels are included in the weekly rent.

    Outside:

    • Large grassed area, convenient parking, garden shed, patio furniture, rod box.

    A cot and high chair are available by request. We welcome children and well-behaved dogs.

    If a booking is made within 8 weeks of beginning of let FULL PAYMENT MUST BE SENT. Otherwise a £100.00 deposit is sufficient.
